Kaili Ets, Manual Osteopathic Therapist, sitting by the water
Nice to meet you

Hi, I'm Kaili

I'm a Manual Osteopathic Therapist, Infant Craniosacral Therapist and mama of two, with 19 years of experience as a pediatric Occupational Therapist.

I help families look for the root of what's going on, so they can feel confident and connected again. This guide brings together what I've seen help most, gently and holistically.

You don't have to figure this out alone.

Questions mamas ask

Do I need to do special exercises?

No. Reflex integration happens through everyday experiences like floor time, slow movement and connection. The guide shows you how.

Is this medical advice?

No. It’s educational and doesn’t replace an assessment. It helps you notice patterns and know when it’s worth asking for support.

Is it for older kids too?

Yes! The guide has a section for babies and a section for toddlers and big kids, with a checklist for each. For kids 3 to 16, my Primitive Reflex Play Pack turns it all into play.

What if I need more help?

You can always reply to my emails and reach me directly. I also see babies and children in person in Stoney Creek, Burlington and Ancaster, and virtually from anywhere: book a visit here.
