Nice to meet you
I’m Kaili, your Baby Guru.
B.HSc (Hon.), M.Sc.OT, ICST
I have been an Occupational Therapist for 17 years and, I am currently studying to be an osteopath. I also hold many additional certifications in holistic infant sleep, reflux, and craniosacral therapy, amongst the many courses I have taken in a variety of topics.
I love everything there is when it comes to babies and young children. My business was created when I was a young new mom myself, with about 8 years of occupational therapy under my belt – I wanted to find a way to create a bonding community of moms and babies that helped bring clarity around what is biologically normal or typical, but also to help reduce the stress and overwhelm that often comes with new motherhood. Ultimately my goal is to help you release the stress, the guilt, the worry, and start spending more time confident in the supermom that you are.
More time trusting yourself and your baby. The more I learn about craniosacral therapy and the brain, the more I realize this is truly the cornerstone of so many concerns in babyhood, childhood, and well into adulthood. As a result, I truly believe that every single human should experience the power of craniosacral therapy.
My Approach & Philosophy
My role is to be by your side, like a good friend, therapist, and mentor, as you navigate the wild ride of motherhood in the first few years. My approach is evidence informed, developmentally appropriate, attachment-focused, as we dive into your questions and concerns around developmental milestones, sleep, reflux, feeding/solids, sensory processing, and more.
I guide you, but also empower you to lean in & trust your mama instincts, so that you can feel like the confident supermom you are! To tune into the baby you have in front of you, tune into what resonates w/ you & your family, what feels right a light in your heart.
Tuning in so that you can start to tune out all the unsolicited advice from well meaning family, friends, social media, and yes even sometimes that of your doctor.

What can I tell you about my journey as a Mom?
Being a parent often feels like a ping-pong between “I’ve got this!” and “What the heck am I doing?” ….with a heavier dose of the latter.
To make matters worse, when once there used to be a village to help support the well-being of moms and children, now many of us are feeling….village-less. AKA we’re trying to figure things out on our own, while bonding with our child, making sure we meet milestones, all while trying to monitor our emotions.
This is why we frantically seek out classes, activities, and networks to find support on how to help our kids develop. Not to mention turning to the internet and all of its misinformation – don’t get me started!

I remember all of that so well. Not that long ago, I was doing this with my son Kristjan. He was and still is the light of my life (although he is now sharing that title with his younger sister, Eevi).
With many years of experience working with kids as an occupational therapist, I thought I had a leg up on this whole shebang. “No problem,” I thought, “I got this whole mom thing!” Well, I did…sort of. Yes, I knew how to play with my baby, and I knew how to encourage him to meet his milestones on time—I talked and sang to help him develop language, I bounced and rocked to calm him….But what I didn’t know, or anticipate was the pure exhaustion and brain fog from sleep deprivation, the fear of him choking when we started solids, the loneliness that comes with having no one but your little person to talk to day in and day out. There were definitely (many) days, when it just seemed just easier to not get dressed and not leave the house.
Through my professional journey and my experience as a new young mom, Kaili Ets Family Wellness came to be – I wanted to find a way to create a bonding community of moms and babies by blending my experience as a pediatric OT, my certifications in baby sleep, reflux, and craniosacral therapist, along with my experience as a mother of two young children, and my interest in reducing toxins and natural wellness. After the loves of my life, my husband, son, and daughter, Kaili Ets Family Wellness is certainly a work of passion.
A few fun facts about me!
ONE
I have always wanted to be a mom …. since I was 6 and my sister was born.
So when it took us a while to conceive, I was really feeling it hard. And then we had our miracle baby and life has been chaotic, exhausting, and oh so magical since.
Two
I am Estonian (Estonia is a small little country just south of Finland). I was born and raised in Canada, and my husband is also Estonian, but born and raised in the US. We met at a bar in Estonia during the popular song and dance festival that happens every 5 years. I knew on day 3 that he would be my husband!
Three
I love babies, kids, essential oils, crystals, and supporting mamas. I seriously love my work…. but I also love to craft and prefer to figure it out than take classes. I have made some beautiful quilts, knit sweaters & blankets, and crochet various projects for the babies I work with. Love it all! One thing that never seems to get done is photo albums (I am about 5 years behind)
