"I've always been a root-cause searcher, chasing the why behind nervous system sensitivity, reflux, sleep struggles, body tension, the whole picture. Figuring out my own son pushed that even further. This pack is what I wish I'd had all along: the same root-cause thinking, just simple enough to actually play."
— Kaili, almost 20 years experience as a pediatric occupational therapistThis is one real card. Build it yourself.
Every movement in the pack has a card like this one. Tap through and build the Bear Crawl card piece by piece.
Tap a button below to fill in the card...
Start on your hands and feet with your bottom up high and knees off the floor. Move forward, stepping with one hand and the opposite foot. Keep alternating sides as you crawl.
Hands + Knees → Lift Knees → Hold → Crawl. Explore each piece on its own before putting it all together.
Can opposite sides of the body work together while the trunk stays steady? Slow + coordinated is the goal!
Sneak through the forest like a quiet bear. Place "berries" around the room and crawl to collect them. Have a bear race — slowest bear wins!
Bear crawl backward. Try crawling sideways in both directions. Balance a bean bag on your back and see if you can keep it there.
That's one of 36 cards in the pack, each one built the same way: how to move, which reflexes it relates to, how to make it playful, and how to progress it.

Here's the thing, friend: we wouldn't build a house by starting with the roof. Foundation first, then everything built on top gets easier.
Managing symptoms
- A worksheet for the meltdowns
- A separate plan for the clumsiness
- Another program for the focus issues
Building the foundation
- Four tools, no required order: Foundation, Core, Reflex Focus, Spin + Train
- The same toolbox, whatever shows up that day
- Play, not another task on the list
one nervous system, one connected story

Default one-paragraph intro.
Default examples line.
Four ways in, no perfect starting point. Just follow the child in front of you, friend.
Foundation
Slow it down. Gentle, rhythmic movements — a great place to begin.
Core Movements
The heart of the collection. 14 whole-body movements, the building blocks.
Reflex Focus
Want to spend more time on one pattern? These spinners go deeper. Any child can use them.
Spin + Train
Same foundations, workout-style. Built for older kids, teens, and anyone who wants it to feel like a workout.
Everything you walk away with
3 Guides: Start Here, Parent Guide + Movement Guide
Start Here is your quick-start roadmap. The Parent Guide is the WHY: how primitive reflexes connect to behaviour, focus and coordination. The Movement Guide is the HOW: choosing, completing and adapting every movement in the pack.
Foundational Movements
The Foundational Movement Spinner plus its full set of Movement Cards: gentle, rhythmic movements across pre-birth, passive rhythmic and functional foundations. Where every session starts, because bigger isn't better.
Core Movements
The Core Movement Spinner plus its full set of Movement Cards: whole-body developmental movements that build coordination, strength, balance, crossing midline and motor planning.
Reflex Focus
5 Reflex Focus Spinners plus their Movement Cards, covering Moro, TLR/Landau, ATNR, STNR and Spinal Galant. Any child can use them; if you know a specific pattern needs more attention, this is where you go deeper.
Games + Play — 8+ ways in
Roll + Build, Roll + Move, Roll + Reflex, the Movement Adventure Board Game, Adventure Cards, Match the Movement, Choose 3, Build Your Movement Course, and more games added regularly. Same 36 cards, never the same routine twice.
Spin + Train
A 14-movement fitness-style spinner and workout chart: Windmill Toe Touches, Mountain Climbers, Bird Dog, Dead Bug, Hollow Hold, Superman Hold, Active Spiderman, Burpees, Plank Shoulder Taps, Push-Up to Down Dog, Bear Crawl, Jumping Jacks, Glute Bridge and Walking Lunges. Spin 4 movements, pick a level (Starter, Build It or Challenge), and train. Built for older kids, teens, and anyone who wants their practice to feel like a workout.
Not just a new activity. A different way in.
It's genuinely play, spin, roll, choose a card. Not one more task disguised as a chore.
8+ ways to play means the same movements stay fresh for years, not weeks, and new games keep getting added.
2–3 movements, kept short and playful, is a real, complete session. No perfect routine required.
One purchase. Pull it out again whenever a new stage brings new struggles.
This collection started with my own son.
I'd already spent almost a decade working with children and families in pediatric development when my son Kristjan was born, after a stressful, unplanned C-section and a rocky start with feeding.
As he grew, I started noticing things: big emotions, clumsiness, trouble with transitions, seeking constant physical contact. None of it existed in isolation. As both his mom and someone who'd spent years working with kids like him, I kept asking: what's happening underneath all of this?
That question led me deeper into nervous-system regulation, primitive reflexes, bodywork and manual therapy, always chasing the root cause instead of just the symptom in front of me. I'm Kaili Ets, with almost two decades of hands-on experience as a pediatric occupational therapist and now a manual osteopathic therapist, and the founder of Kaili Ets Family Wellness.

Fair. Let's talk about it.
Straight answers, friend.
"Default objection?"
Default answer.
"My child won't sit still for 'exercises.'"
That's exactly why this isn't exercises. It's spinners, dice, cards and obstacle courses. If they can play, they can do this. The goal was never compliance, it's exploration, so there's no wrong way to move through it.
"No refunds on a digital download makes me nervous."
Fair. That's exactly why this page lays out everything included before you buy: every spinner, every card, every way to play. No surprises after checkout. And at $27, trying something new is a small enough risk to actually take.
Questions? Answered.
What format is this?
A digital, downloadable resource: print-and-play spinners, movement cards, and game sheets, plus 3 guides (Start Here, the Parent Guide, and the Movement Guide). Colour printing is recommended, and laminating helps everything survive years of little hands.
What ages is this actually for?
3 to 16. Every activity can be simplified for a younger child or made more challenging for an older one, and the pack is designed to be pulled back out at every new stage.
Do I need a primitive reflex assessment first?
Default answer that swaps by segment.
How long do I have access?
Forever. This is a one-time purchase and a permanent download, not a subscription. Come back to it whenever you need it, for years.
Do I need to become a primitive reflex expert to use this?
No. Every card tells you exactly how to do the movement and why, in plain language. You don't need to analyze every move your child makes, just give them opportunities to move and stay curious.
Future-paced final headline.
However you're getting here, friend, the pack meets you where you are.
