Holistic Therapy Support For Babies, Toddlers & Children
Body tightness | Development | Reflux | Tongue-Ties | Feeding | Sleep | Sensory Processing | Primitive Reflexes

We believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and understood. Our holistic approach combines Occupational Therapy (OT) and Craniosacral Therapy (CST) to nurture your child’s development, improve sleep, and help them thrive. We’re here to help you navigate the journey with confidence, connection, and ease.
→ Is your precious little one facing challenges like flat head, poor tongue function affecting feeding, or dealing with reflux?
→ Do you find leaving the house a daunting task due to a fussy baby and constant crying?
→ Is your child struggling at daycare or in school?
These services may be covered by your extended health insurance if you have ‘occupational therapy’ coverage.
What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy (OT) is a specialized field focused on helping individuals develop the skills needed to participate fully in their daily lives, known as “occupations.” For children, these occupations include foundational activities like playing, moving, eating, and sleeping—essential building blocks for healthy development.
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, I focus on supporting babies and young children in achieving these critical developmental milestones, particularly in the first few years.
I assess and support children’s development by targeting key areas:
- Playing & Moving: Build coordination and motor skills that foster confident, joyful movement.
- Eating: Supporting oral motor skills needed for successful breast or bottle feeding, and intro to solids.
- Sleeping: Foster better sleep habits through sensory and attachment-focused strategies.
- Arousal Regulation: Help your child achieve a calm, focused state for smoother daily transitions.
- Daycare / School Support: Supporting children for learning by developing attention, self-regulation, and classroom engagement skills.

What is Craniosacral Therapy (CST)?
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps release tension in your child’s body, supporting relaxation, sleep, and physical comfort. With a light touch, we address areas of discomfort and help your baby or child feel more at ease.
Benefits of CST: Improve latch and milk transfer, reduce reflux and gassiness, ease fussiness and irritability, support introduction of solids, help with meeting milestones, and promote better sleep.
Non-Invasive, Gentle Approach: CST is calming, allowing your child to relax naturally while supporting their body’s innate ability to heal.
Craniosacral therapy might be the missing piece in your child’s care and daily functioning.

With my background in Occupational Therapy (OT) combined with CST, our sessions offer a comprehensive approach to your child’s well-being. Together, we address the full picture of their development, from motor skills to nervous system health, ensuring your baby or child receives the highest level of nurturing support.
How I Can Support You
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) (In-person only)
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a non-invasive, hands-on technique that uses a very light touch with about 5 grams of pressure (about the pressure with which you would touch your eyelid). It will not hurt your baby in any way. CST can be used as a stand-alone therapy or in combination with other methods. In my case, I blend craniosacral therapy with my expertise in infant development and primitive reflex integration, and I often use a mix of techniques in each session, with craniosacral therapy being the cornerstone modality. Craniosacral therapy can help with torticollis, head shape moulding, tethered oral tissues, reflux, feeding challenges, gassiness, constipation, sleep, and so much more.
I truly believe that every baby should have at least 2-3 CST sessions after birth.
Baby Development (In-person/Virtual)
Stop the comparison game and start feeling confident in your baby’s development. I can support you with making tummy time fun, and playfully encouraging your baby with rolling, sitting, crawling, pulling to stand, and walking.
Feeding | Reflux | Oral Motor Function | Tongue-Ties (In-person/Virtual)
While I am not a lactation consultant, I am able to assess body tightness, positioning, tongue/lip/cheek function, and support you and your baby in feeding more efficiently. I also do intra-oral releases in the mouth and can help you re-train your baby’s oral motor function pre/post tongue-tie release. I can also help with introducing solids and the sensory and oral motor skills needed for that.
In terms of reflux it may be common, but it is not normal. And you don’t have to wait for your little one to outgrow it or have them on medications. There is a better way … one that addresses the underlying cause(s) to your baby’s discomfort, so that they (& you) can get some relief.
I always recommend getting also getting an assessment by an IBCLC for your breastfeeding concerns with milk supply, latching, positioning, supplementing and more.
Holistic Sleep Support (Virtual only)
We look at sleep holistically, considering every factor that might be impacting your child’s sleep, from their sensory needs and physical comfort to their developmental stage and attachment needs. Rather than quick fixes, we use responsive, science-based strategies to create peaceful, long-term rest based on a strong bond between you and your child. With our approach, you’ll nurture a lifetime of secure attachment while reducing wakings, lengthening naps, and putting ease and joy back into bedtime.
Reduce Night Wakings and Lengthen Naps: We help you gently support your child’s sleep by optimizing the elements that contribute to restfulness.
Put Joy and Ease Back into Bedtime: Through connection and responsive care, we replace bedtime battles with a peaceful, loving routine.
Adapt to Your Family’s Unique Values and Needs: Whether you’re breastfeeding or formula-feeding, bedsharing or using separate sleep spaces, our approach embraces what works best for your family.
Address Underlying Causes of Sleep Disruptions: Instead of merely addressing symptoms, we look at the whole picture, including sensory systems, primitive reflexes, routines, attachment, and physical needs (like feeding and body tension).
Empower You to Trust Your Instincts: Gain the confidence to trust that you know what’s best for your baby, and confidently set aside any unsolicited advice.
Build a Foundation of Secure Attachment: This foundation will support not only better sleep but also the emotional and relational growth of your child.
Why Choose Holistic Support Over Traditional Sleep Training? While sleep training may promise quick results, it often needs to be redone as children grow, leading to stress for babies and families. By contrast, our holistic, attachment-based methods provide lasting improvements in sleep that align with your values, supporting a peaceful, secure connection between you and your child. This approach nurtures development and resilience, setting up your family for restful nights and a joyful, connected journey through childhood.
Sensory Processing & Integration (In-Person/Virtual)
Does your child become easily overwhelmed by loud sounds, bright lights, or busy environments? Or maybe they are bouncing off the walls, jumping on the couch, and climbing everything!
We have 8 senses (yes, 8!). Sensory processing refers to the way we perceive and respond to sensory input from our surroundings. When these processes are disrupted, it can lead to challenges with behaviour, attention, and emotional regulation. Everything from sleep to eating to moving and playing.
I offer consultations where I will first analyze which of the 8 sensory systems is/are not efficiently processing information, and I then provide you with recommendations to set you and your child up for future success using various therapy activities to assist in actively increasing the brain’s awareness and ability to respond appropriately.
Primitive Reflexes Integration (In-Person / Virtual)
Primitive reflexes are automatic, involuntary movements present at birth, essential for an infant’s initial survival and development. These reflexes typically diminish as the nervous system matures and babies move through their development in the first year of life. However, if they persist beyond infancy, they can interfere with a child’s overall functioning. Integrating retained reflexes can lead to better balance and coordination; improved attention and focus; better emotional regulation; and increased readiness for learning, among many other things.
I offer consultations where I identify retained reflexes and provide home exercises and strategies for continued support. Primitive reflexes can be easily integrated through gentle, movement-based activities, promoting smoother motor coordination and cognitive function, and helping your child thrive both at home and in school.
Day-Care & School Support (In-Person / Virtual)
Children may face challenges in school, such as difficulty with attention/focus, sitting at the table, coping from the board, handwriting, sensory regulation, opening containers at lunch, managing clothing and fasteners throughout the day, staying organized, and playing with friends. These struggles can hinder learning and lead to frustration for teachers, parents, and children. As an OT, my job is to help your child participate fully in their school day.
I can support your child at daycare or school but working closely with you and the teachers to design strategies that support children’s academic success and social-emotional development. Tailored interventions help children engage more fully in the classroom, improving their overall school experience.
I offer school consultations and observations, personalized recommendations for teachers, and workshops for educators to better understand and support children with unique learning needs.

When your child feels unsettled, delayed, or “off” — your instincts are the first sign that deeper support is needed.
You don’t have to guess, second-guess, or “wait and see.”
There’s a gentle, body-first path to clarity, comfort, growth, and thriving — for both of you.
Maybe it’s the way your baby cries during feeds, arches away from tummy time, or struggles to settle into sleep.
Maybe it’s the way your toddler trips easily, avoids certain movements, or meltdowns in overwhelming environments.
Maybe it’s the way your young child seems stuck — delayed in their speech, clumsy with coordination, sensitive to sound, touch, or textures.
Even if no one else sees it yet — you do. And you are wise to trust it.
I’m Kaili Ets, and I’m here to help you listen even deeper — to your child’s body, their movement patterns, their oral motor function, their sensory needs, and their emotional regulation.
Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s happening beneath the surface — and create a plan that supports your child’s growth, development, and thriving from the inside out.

B.HSc (Hon.), M.Sc.OT, ICST
I have been an Occupational Therapist for 17 years, and also hold many additional certifications in holistic infant sleep, reflux, and craniosacral therapy, amongst the many courses I have taken in a variety of topics. I love everything there is when it comes to babies and young children.
My business was created when I was a young new mom myself, with about 8 years of occupational therapy under my belt – I wanted to find a way to create a bonding community of moms and babies that helped bring clarity around what is biologically normal or typical, but also to help reduce the stress and overwhelm that often comes with new motherhood. Ultimately my goal is to help you release the stress, the guilt, the worry, and start spending more time confident in the supermom that you are. More time trusting yourself and your baby.
The more I learn about craniosacral therapy and the brain, the more I realize this is truly the cornerstone of so many concerns in babyhood, childhood, and well into adulthood. As a result, I truly believe that every single human should experience the power of craniosacral therapy.
After the loves of my life, my husband, son, and daughter, my work and is a huge passion. And, I hope that you will choose us to be a small part of your motherhood journey.
