Craniosacral therapy is a noninvasive, hands-on technique that uses a very light touch, 5gms of pressure to be exact. It can be used as a stand-alone therapy or in combination with other methods. In my case, I blend craniosacral therapy with my expertise in infant/child development, sleep, reflux, and even sensory processing
The initial appointment is 75 minutes in length and includes a health history and birth-story intake, gentle assessments and treatment. We typically work inside the mouth as it helps your baby with feeding, sucking and other issues. Infants can rest or be moving on the parent or practitioner’s lap, or on a soft surface.
Follow-up appointments for infants and young children
are 60, 45, or 30 minutes.

Home Visits
In-home visits are done within 40 kms (round trip) of Stoney Creek, Hamilton, Ontario. The costs reflect travel time. If you live outside these boundaries and would like to book a treatment, get in touch and we can discuss. Occasionally I do offer in-home visits in the Toronto area, however only 1x/month.
